          核電廠DCS安全級設備中PCBA無焊壓入式連接工藝可靠性評價研究及應用

          摘要:壓入式接端是一種適用于壓入式連接的具有特殊形狀截面的接端。根據壓入接端設計的不同,壓入式連接分為實心壓入式連接和柔性壓入式連接兩種工藝。本文主要通過對核電站使用柔性壓入式連接工藝的PCBA產品進行型式試驗并分析了實驗數據,在此基礎上,探討柔性壓入連接的工藝可靠性,并形成一套柔性壓入連接工藝的評價方法。

          Abstract: The press-in termination is suitable for solderless pressin connection, which has a special-shaped section. According to the different design of the press-in termination, the press-in connection can be categorized as solid press-in connection and flexible press-in connection. In this paper, through the type test on PCBA products using flexible press-in connection technology in nuclear power plants, and analyzing the experimental data, the process reliability of the compliant press-in connection is discussed and a set of evaluation methods for the compliant press-in connection technology is formed.
